The Department of Administration is mailing out another 470 tax refund checks this week, the same number of checks as last week.
The checks total approximately $ 1.6 million.
The refund checks cover error-free returns filed on or before May 11 of this year.
Individuals who owe fines to the Guam Judiciary or have unpaid bills to Guam Memorial Hospital have had their checks garnished.
The tax refund checks that have been mailed out in recent weeks are being sent to individuals who filed after the April 15th tax filing deadline.
In September, the administration fulfilled the court-ordered requirement to pay out all error-free returns within six months of the April 15 tax filing deadline.
