The metal object hit the ten year old in the head who eventually collapsed after running towards the old police koban. GPD PIO Paul Tapao says that witnesses at the scene said the boy appeared to be unconscious and unresponsive. The victim was then taken to a nearby home for help until GFD medics arrived. 1. If the boy recovers, insure that the older brother is kept at DYA for whatever time period that fits the offense. If the boy doesn’t recover, charge the older boy with involuntary manslaughter.
