The Department of Administration is mailing out 1,128 tax refund checks this week.
The checks total $4,896,478.52.
The amount covers error-free returns filed on or before January 28 of this year.
As always the tax refund checks have been garnished to repay debts owed to GMH, the Judiciary or other GovGuam agencies.
