16-year old behind bars for rape

Guam – A 16-year old is behind bars for allegedly raping a 14-year old girl last week.

Court documents state that Jude Kristopher Concepcion entered the bedroom which he shares with the victim.

The victim reported to police that she was asleep when Concepcion allegedly touched her inappropriately causing her to awake. Court documents state that the victim pretended to be sleeping when Concepcion turned her over.

After allegedly raping the victim said Concepcion asked “if she liked it.”

When interviewed by police, Concepcion only admitted to laying next to the victim and rubbing her legs adding that he had just watched pornographic material and ” needed to rub something”

He was charged with first and second-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was turned over to the custody of the Department of Youth Affairs.
