Guam – 18 Cameron Mesnayon was still in very critical condition Monday afternoon at Guam Memorial Hospital.
According to the magistrate’s complaint, shortly before 4 am Sunday Guam police found Mesnayon lying in the parking lot of a commercial building off “Hamburger Highway in Harmon. He was lying on the ground in the parking lot between Von’s Chicken and a laundromat. He was bleeding profusely from his face.
The magistrates report states that Micheal Rosal Jr. “admitted that he had struck the victim more than 3 times in the head with a baseball bat” and that he had also struck the victim “in the right rib cage with a broken rake handle.”
What the reprot does not revlea is the motive.
The magistrate’s report also states that defendant Daniel Rosal admitted that he had kicked Mesnayon continuously.
William San Nicolas Jr., according to the complaint, held off Christian Lastimoza with a knife, which may explain why Lastimoza was not officially charged Monday, even though he was arrested Sunday.
DOC Spokesman Lt. Antone Aguon told PNC that Lastimoza was released from jail Monday and issued a Notice to Appear, subject to the call of the Attorney General.
The magistrate’s report states that Lastimoza was a friend of the victim, Mesnayon. Lastimoza was present when the other 3 drove into the parking lot to confront Mesnayon, states the report and after Mesnayon was beaten, the magistrate’s report states that Micheal and Daniel Rosal, and San Nicolas all attacked Lastimoza and “knocked him down”. But Lastimoza managed to “get up and run off”.
