Guam – Guam Police have arrested 2 people on charges of child abuse.
In a release, GPD Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia reports that Marisa E. Fejeran and John J. Certeza, both of Mangilao, have been arrested and charged with child abuse following a walk-in complaint filed against them at the Hagatna Precienct.
The pair were arrested yesterday.
Fejeran was charged with Child Abuse, Family Violence and Guilt Established by Complicity.
Certeza was arrested on 9 counts of Child Abuse, 9 counts of Family Violence, and 9 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct.
Officer Balajadia also reports that following her arrest on child abuse charges, Fejeran became disorderly and damaged the ceiling at the Hagatna Precinct. As a result she was also charged with Criminal Mischief to Government Property, and Disorderly Conduct.
Both were booked and confined.
