Two occupants of a Nissan truck were pronounced dead after three car crash on Alegeta Road, Dededo.
Guam – Early Saturday morning GFD and GPD responded to a report of a three car collision on Alageta Road pass Mendioka St., by the curve area.
According to GPD Spokesperson Officer AJ Balajadia, a black colored Xterra was traveling eastbound when a black colored Nissan Truck traveling behind a purple colored Honda Civic sedan westbound attempted to overtake the Civic.
The operator of Nissan Truck attempted to overtake the Civic to pass by encroaching into the oncoming lane.
Once the Truck enetered the oncoming lane it struck the Xterra head on.
Upon impact, the Nissan Truck went airborne and landed on top of the moving Civic sedan causing the Civic sedan to be pushed into the jungle area (near guardrail and shoulder of roadway).
The male operator and his female passenger (Black Xterra) were transported to GMH.
The male operator and his female passenger (Black Nissan Truck) were pronounced dead at GRMC.
The male operator of the Honda Civic was also transported to GRMC.
Guam Highway Patrol continue to investigate this crash.
