Two in custody on allegations of damaging cars at Harmon Breeze apartments

Guam police have taken 2 men into custody on terrorizing and criminal mischief allegations in connection with an attempted home invasion Monday at the Harmon Breeze Apartments in Harmon

According to a news release from police spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao officers from the Tumon Precinct Command got a call at 2 AM Monday reporting that several men were damaging “multiple vehicles” in the apartment building’s parking lot.

The men fled when police arrived.

However Sgt. Tapao reports that , surveillance video helped detectives from GPD’s Criminal Investigation Division and Tumon Precinct officers to identify the suspects.

“Based on witness interviews coupled with surveillance footage, officers were able to locate the two responsible in the Tamuning and Harmon area,” states Sgt. Tapao in his release.

1.19 year old BK K Petrus  was arrested on the following allegations:

-Criminal Mischief

-Conspiracy

-Guilt Established by Complicity

-Disorderly Conduct

-Public Drunkenness

-Underage Consumption of Alcohol

2. 19 year old Raphyki Max Kinam was arrested on the following allegations:

-Guilt Established by Complicity

-Terrorizing

-Conspiracy

Both men were booked and confined. The case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for prosecution.

The Guam Police Department arrested two (2) men responsible for terrorizing and criminal mischief complaint at Harmon Breeze Apartments in Harmon.

On Monday April 13 at around 2:00am, officers from the Tumon Precinct Command responded to the Harmon Breeze Apartments relative to an attempted home invasion complaint.

The preliminary police reports suggest that several males were responsible for damaging multiple vehicles and apartment units within the Harmon Breeze Apartments. The male individuals immediately fled upon the arrival of the police.

A follow up was conducted by detectives from GPD’s Criminal Investigation Division and Tumon Precinct personnel relative to this incident. Based on witness interviews coupled with surveillance footage, officers were able to locate the two responsible in the Tamuning and Harmon area.

Officers arrested BK K Petrus //19-year-old male for the following offenses:

-Criminal Mischief
-Conspiracy
-Guilt Established by Complicity
-Disorderly Conduct
-Public Drunkenness
-Underage Consumption of Alcohol

Also arrested was Raphyki Max Kinam// 19-year-old male for the following offenses:

-Guilt Established by Complicity
-Terrorizing
-Conspiracy

Both men were booked and confined at the Department of Corrections.
This case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for prosecution.
