Two more Tiyan High school teens have been arrested in connection with the bus stop beating last Friday.

A 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old male were both taken into custody on Wednesday.

Guam Police Department spokesman Sgt Paul Tapao says that the female minor was arrested on the offense of criminal facilitation and guilt established by complicity.

While the release does not indicate what role the minor played in the assault, the viral video that circulated in social media depicted a female minor’s voice egging on the assault on the victim (identified only by his initials R.S. to protect him) as three teen boys punched and kicked him.

A 17-year-old male was also arrested by police. Tapao says that the minor was arrested on offenses of assault and guilt established by complicity.

Like the female minor, his role in the assault was also not disclosed. Tapao says that both minors were issued notices to appear before the Superior Court of Guam and then released to their parents.

Meanwhile, 17-year-old Haven French, who is accused of using a pocket knife during the assault, pleaded not guilty earlier this week to aggravated assault and he’ll be tried as an adult.

He is being held at the Department of Youth Affairs on $20,000 cash bail.
