Guam- It’s the fight to stay alive in the D.P.R. GovGuam Coed Volleyball League and last night the number two seeded defending Department of Adiministration dropped Public Works in straight sets to advance to the semi-finals.
Admin owned the first set shutting down DPW 25-10 and capitalize on errors. In the second set errors continued to plague D.P.W. but they managed to give the defending champs a little scare but errors brought their demise and Admin got the job done to hold off for a 25-23 match.
Before that match number three seeded Customs defeated DepCor II 25-16, 11-25, 15-8.
Department of Administration will now face Customs this Friday at the Guam Sports Complex at 6:30 in the evening and Guam Memorial Hostpital will challenge Army National Guard at 7:30 in the semi-finals.
