Guam – The Tennis Academy of Guam (TAG) is set to kick off the new school year with the 2011 Haagen-Dazs Tennis Tournament
beginning September 2 – 4 with Skilled Doubles, September 9 – 11 with Juniors Singles, and September 16 – 18 with Juniors Doubles.
Dale Kim, Haagen-Dazs General Manager says, ” This is a great tournament for both adults and juniors to participate in together, particularly in the Skilled division where both can play together. That in itself is a testament to the progression of our juniors due to tournaments like this.”
Joe Cepeda, TAG Director and Tournament Official says, “After a summer of vacations and tennis camps, tennis’ weekend warriors are raring to get started in the school year’s first tournament with many planned in the coming year, thanks to sponsors like Haagen-Dazs, ASC Trust and Quality Distributors.”
Matches will be played at Sheraton Laguna Resort & Spa, Hilton Guam Resort & Spa, and the Rick Ninete Tennis Center. Entry forms are available at the same locations.
