A man is arrested and charged with allegedly stealing a purse from a woman – hours before she was found dead in her car.
Court Documents say that – Ana-fanso Nu-okus – stole a purse from a car where a woman was found dead yesterday morning.
According to the court, documents officer’s viewed surveillance footage from a store in Dededo – that showed Nuokus approaching a car around 3 am.
Footage shows Nuokus opening the car door and grabbing the victim’s purse.
A total value of 600 dollars was stolen.
Nu-okus is only charged with theft of property as a 3rd-degree felony.
