The Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation announced that as of approximately 5 p.m. on Friday, September 3, 2021, it has already received a total of 29,699 applications for the All-RISE program.
This total is broken down into:
Total Online Applications 22,824
Total Manual Applications 6,875
Total Applications Received 29,699
DRT said it is working to assess the total amount due for the All RISE applications received so far. However, that amount is dependent upon the processing of all manual applications by the DRT team.
Applications are processed on a first-in-first-out basis and payment is based on eligibility criteria set forth in Executive Order 2021-18.
