2ed DOE Employee Arrested In Fake Campaign Document Case


Guam – A second DOE employee has been arrested in connection with the distribution of the bogus Calvo-Tenorio campaign document that was passed out at the UOG Great Debate the week before the General Election.

GPD Public Information Officer A.J. Balajadia reports that 57 year old Richard Rivera Perez of Yigo was arrested on charges of  Crime Against the Community, Official Misconduct, and Guilt Established by Complicity.  

He was booked and released.

Perez  was arrested today [Friday] at the Hagatna Precinct for allegedly passing two copies of the fake Calvo-Tenorio platform to fellow employees.

On Monday, a DOE maintenance workers, Jeanette Guzman, was arrested on similar charges for sending out copies of the counterfeit Calvo-Tenorio campaign platform entitled BluePrint 2020.

The document in question suggested the Calvo-Tenorio would cut GovGuam jobs.
