After weeks without any reports of anyone being hospitalized for COVID-19, the Joint Information Center is now reporting 3 people have been hospitalized with the disease.
2 of the cases are hospitalized at Guam Memorial Hospital. Both are reported to be in stable condition according to the Governor’s Press Secretary Krystal Paco-San Agustin.
The third is at Guam Naval Hospital. The condition of that person has not been released. “That’s not indicated in the reports,” said Paco-San Agustin.
JIC #207 issued last Tuesday did not report anyone in the hospital.
The first of the 3 current hospitalizations was reported last Wednesday in JIC #209.
Friday’s JIC #212 reported 2 hospitalized cases.
And on Saturday, JIC #213 reports 3 people are now hospitalized with COVID-19.
The age and sex of the 3 hospitalized cases have not been released nor is it known whether any of the 3 individuals have pre-existing conditions.
