According to a release from Adelup the employees were tested as part of GovGuam’s push for a drug free workplace. However, the release does not give any specifics about the drug test failures like what types of drugs the employees tested positive for or what parts of the department the employees worked for. According to PNC sources the employees include a recreation leader, a lifeguard and a park patrol officer. PNC spoke to DPR Director Bill Reyes to confirm these reports; however, Reyes advised PNC that he would have to call us back to provide the details of the drug test failures. Reyes has not returned our calls.
