4 men arrested for rioting in Harmon Industrial Park

Four men have been arrested for rioting in Harmon Industrial Park.

Preliminary police reports suggest that shortly before 3 pm, Thursday, Feb. 20,  officers assigned to the Tumon Precinct
Command responded to 314 W. Harmon Industrial Park Road, relative to a riot.

Upon arrival, officers noted four men within the vicinity and met with the reporting person.

According to GPD spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao, it was learned that 11 men and several females were fighting in the parking lot of the apartment complex.

The individuals at the scene were identified by the reporting person as primary individuals involved in the riot and were later transported to the Tumon Precinct for further investigation.

All four men were later treated by medical personnel and refused any further treatment.

Officers later arrested:

  • 29-year-old Roy Anthony Johnny for rioting, disorderly conduct, aggravated assault, and assault;

  • 31-year-old Shan Johnny for rioting, disorderly conduct, aggravated assault, and assault;

  • 21-year-old Adventus Chris Dois for rioting, disorderly conduct, aggravated assault, and assault; and

  • 23-year-old Hagga Dois for rioting, disorderly conduct, aggravated assault, and assault.

All four men were booked and confined at the Department of Corrections.

The case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for prosecution.
