Guam – Guam Police have arrested 5 people in connection with 2 game room robberies.
A release from GPD PIO Officer A.J. Balajadia reports that the arrests are the result of an investigation by the Dededo Precinct.
The first robbery occurred August 29, at about 4:23 am. 2 individuals entered the Winster II game room and stole approximately $19,236.00 from the cashier’s office.
Then on September 2, at about 5:26 am, the Winster I game room was robbed. Again, 2 individuals entered the game room and took approximately $501 from the cashier’s office.
Officer Balajadia reports that evidence that led to the arrests turned up during a traffic stop on September 14 when Officers with the Dededo Precinct pulled over of a vehicle in the Liguan, Dededo area.
During questioning, information about the robberies was obtained. As a result of that investigative work by the officers of the Dededo Precinct, detectives with Criminal Investigations arrested:
1. FELIX QUICHOCHO AGUON was charged and confined for the following offenses relative to the Winster II Robbery:
1.) Conspiracy
2.) 2ND Degree Robbery
3.) Guilt established by complicity
4.) Theft by Receiving
2. JZONI GOMEZ was charged and confined for the following offenses relative to the Winster I & II Robberies:
1.) 2nd Degree Robbery (2 counts)
2.) Conspiracy (2 counts)
3.) Theft by Receiving (Motor Vehicle) Case No. 2012-15296
4.) Possession and use of a deadly weapon in a commission of a felony
3. ROKE QUINTANILLA charged and confined for the following offenses relative to the Winster I Robbery:
1.) 2ND Degree Robbery
4. CORINA ROSE MESA was charged and confined for the following offenses relative to the Winster II Robbery:
1.) Hindering Apprehension
2.) Conspiracy
3.) Guilt Established by Complicity
4.) Criminal Facilitation
5.) Making a False Report
6.) Unsworn Falsification
7.) Guilt by Causing/ Aiding
5. PETER DAVID OGO was charged and confined for the following offenses relative to the Winster II Robbery:
1.) 2nd Degree Robbery
2.) Conspiracy
3.) Guilt Established by Complicity
4.) Theft
5.) Criminal Facilitation
