5 more Guam National Guard soldiers depart for Biden inauguration duty

Five additional members of the Guam National Guard, from the 254th Security Forces Squadron “Defenders,” departed for Washington, D.C. Monday morning, Jan. 18.

The Airmen, who were sent off by Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero, Maj. Gen. (GU) Esther Aguigui and the Guard’s command team, will link up with the 30 Guam Guard boots already on ground in the nation’s capital.
