Guam – 56 year old Norma Ford has been arrested and charged with embezzling $140-thousand dollars in rent money from Casa de Flores, Inc., a firm owned by BankPacific President Phil Flores.
According to the Magistrate report, Ford is accused of pocketing the monthly rent she collected from at least 2 of the renters at the Casa Flores apartments. She had claimed that the units were empty, according to the Magistrate’s report.

Ford had worked for Flores for 18 years and he considered Ford “to be like family” states the Magistrate report.
