6 Teens Arrested for Stealing Fireman’s Car


Guam – 6 teams have been arrested for stealing a vehicle owned by a Guam Fireman.

GPD Public Information Officer A.J. Balajadia reports that a stolen vehicle complaint was called in about 6:16 am Saturday morning. A fireman, on duty, at the Search and Rescue Office at the Agat Boat Marina had his vehicle stolen from the Marina’s parking lot.

About an hour later, GPD Officer Jimmy Manglona located the vehicle driving along the road  by Tendan Pigua and the Library in Merizo.  

Officer Manglona pulled the vehicle over and arrested the six young men inside. The ages of the young men ranged from 15 to 19 years old.

The 19 year old is identified as Wesley George of Merizo. He has been charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle, 5 counts Jurisdiction Over An Adult, Consumption of Alcohol Underage, Criminal Mischief, Burglary to a Vehicle, and Theft of Property. George has been booked and confined.

The other 5 were all under the age of 18 and they were release to the custody of their parents.
