Guam – Guam Police arrested the Vice-Mayor of Dededo Tuesday night on charges of Terrorizing and Family Violence.
GPD Spokesman A.J. Balajadia says police responded to a terrorizing complaint that was called into the Dededo Precinct just before 9 pm.
61 year old Vice-Mayor Andrew Peter Anderson Benavente was arrested on charges of Terrorizing and Family Violence.
GPD Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia says that Benavente “threatened to kill a women known to him.”
