Guam – 76 Circle K is launching a “better for you” campaign in which they’ll help customers to identify some of the healthier snacks and drinks in their stores.

Marivel Anderson says they were inspired by the “Fruit for Kids” program they launched in 2016. Now the “Better for You” campaign will allow customers in all thirteen 76 Circle K stores to identify healthy choices as the healthier items will be labeled with “Better for You” indicators.

“We’re just doing this really to help that customer on the go who is in a hurry and you know we’re putting these shelf talkers out there. You’ll find them in the coolers or on the shelves just to highlight the items again. There might be a better and healthier option for the person on the go,” said Anderson.

“I believe the fitness industry is about to take off here and you know health is gonna become a bigger trend on the island and so I think that you know Circle K is getting a head start with getting the community just a little bit more aware on what’s better to put in your body over something else,” said IFBB pro and personal trainer Gregory Monk.

IFBB pro and personal trainer Gregory Monk says that this will help customers get to know what kind of healthier choices are available so that they can begin to implement these healthier choices in their diet.
