6 DUI Arrests This Past Weekend

Guam – Guam Police arrested 6 people on charges of Driving Under the Influence over the weekend.

All 6 were booked and confined in the Hagatna lockup under GPD’s new policy requiring at least a 1 night stay in jail for anyone arrested for DUI.

1. GEORGE EDWIN DELGADO, Male/Hispanic/30 years old of Yona, for Driving under the Influence while in the Dededo area.

2.J OHN DOE, Male/Chuukese/31 years old of Yona, for Driving under the Influence, Open Container, Reckless Driving, Driving other than the right hand lane, No Valid Driver’s License while in the Yona area.

3.  EFREN DELA CRUZ DAMIAN, Male/Guamanian/30 years old, of Dededo, for Driving under the Influence and Driving under the Influence with a BAC .08% while in the Dededo area.

4. ARVIN MICHAEL MENDIOLA MANAHANE, Male/Guamanian/26 years old, for Driving under the Influence, No Driver’s License and Possession of a Controlled Substance while in the Asan area.

5. JASON SELLET, Male/Chuukese/23 years old for Driving under the Influence, No Driver’s License in Possession and Driving under the Influence with a BAC of .08% while in the Tamuning area.

6. JOHN DOE, Male/Chuukese/26 years old of Tamuning, for Driving under the Influence and No Driver’s License while in the Tamuning area.
All individuals were booked and confined.
