La Seine Restaurant at Lotte Hotel invites you to embark on a culinary adventure with the award-winning culinary tastes brought together by their chefs in what has been described as “Las Vegas meets culture” dinner show.

Featuring a dose of history and culture as you dine, the Island Dinner show which is under the direction of Benji Santiago has been expanded to offer shows four times a week accompanied by an uprgraded menu of assorted dishes to please the pallet, says Sous Chef Efrin Wesca.

“Just a revamp of some of the old menus make it new but we kept some, of course, like the favorites beef bulgogi, beef kalbi and of course we have our stock Angus beef which we serve Saturdays and Sundays. Now we added it on to our Monday, Tuesday Friday, and Saturday menus,” Wesca said.

Wesca added: “We tried to keep the entity of the hotel but not stray away or try to do other cuisines. We tried to blend in some Italian, some European flare to it.”

Island Dinner show is $60 for adults. For more information or to make reservations, contact Lotte Hotel at 646-6811.
