Guam – Acting Governor Dr. Mike Cruz will sign the Guam Museum Bill into law Saturday, just a day after it was passed by the legislature on a unanimous vote.
A release from the Governor’s Office states that Bill # 179 will be signed into law during a signing ceremony scheduled for Saturday afternoon at 2pm.
The measure allows the Governor to borrow up to $25 million dollars to acquire, construct, and equip an educational cultural facility for the purpose of preserving the Chamorro culture.
