Guam – Guam Police Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia reports that adverse action has been taken against 2 Guam Police Officers accused of misconduct.
Those officers are John Edwards and David Manila.
Officer Edwards was the subject of an internal affairs investigation after he left his personnel firearm at the Hotel Ypao in Tamuning back in February.
The gun was found in a room at the hotel by an employee who contacted police. The hotel is located off Yapo Road. It has a drive-up check-in.
In the case of Officer Manila, he admitted in testimony during the Blue House trial that he had paid for sex at the now defunct club.
In both cases, Officer Balajadia declined to say what specific adverse action was taken against the officers.
