Guam – The Guam Attorney general today approved the Department of Education’s contract with Kings to provide food services to DOE.
According to a release from the Attorney General’s Office:
There has been on-going litigation since last year by the King’s LLC, dba, King’s Restaurant for a writ of mandate to compel the Attorney General to sign a contract to provide lunch services to the Department of Education.
Today, Attorney General John M. Weisenberger, in consultation with the Department of Education, signed a contract for King’s LLC to provide lunch services to the schools and students of the Department of Education for the coming school year.
It is anticipated that Governor Felix P. Camacho will sign the contract as well.
