Jurors have been deliberating for 4 days now in the Agababa Murder Trial.

Guam – Jurors are now in their fourth day of deliberations in the Agababa murder trial but have yet to reach a verdict.

Allan Agababa was charged with aggravated murder for the death of his mother, Shelly Bernstein last August. Court officials could not disclose much information about jury deliberations, however, the Attorney General’s Office says jurors have been requesting for playback of witness testimony.

And there are quite a number of witnesses who gave compelling statements, such as Agababa’s friend, Randy Fulcher, who claims Agababa confessed to killing his mother and even asked him to dispose of a gun. There are the two medical examiners, one who says Bernstein was murdered, the other who says she died of an overdose. Then there are police officers who say Agababa acted strangely following his mother’s death.

  1. I hope that the jurors are intelligent enough to see what the defense is attempting to do. They want to cast doubt on the findings of Dr. Aurelio Espinola that the death wasn’t accidental. Is nothing sacred anymore? The woman is deceased and now the defense is saying that the she had something to do with her demise. Unbelievable!
