Agat Vice Mayor Christopher Fejeran advises the community to stay safe and vigilant in light of the shooting incident on Tuesday.

The shooting incident caused a man to require medical treatment.
The Guam Police Department is currently investigating the shooting incident which happened on San Francisco Street in Agat.
A male individual was transported to the hospital after sustaining injuries from the incident, according to GPD spokesperson Sgt. Paul Tapao.
Carmen Aguigui, the administrative assistant of the Agat Mayors Office says she was shocked to hear about the incident because Agat is a quiet village.
She expressed to PNC, how the incident made her feel fearful.
“I feel a little scared but I know that we don’t have these kinds of situations happen all the time in the village,” Aguigui said.
Aguigui added that the incident was striking to her because everyone is family on that street.
PNC reached out to various village residents regarding their concerns about the incident but they would rather not comment.
