Agat shooting ruled as homicide

The Agat shooting is now ruled as a homicide – the Guam Police Department provided updates regarding the death of Anthony Herrera Mendiola II, who was allegedly shot by Nathan Ojeda in Agat.

According to a media release from GPD, on January 10, an autopsy was conducted by Dr. Jeffrey Nine and Mendiola’s cause of death was homicide by multiple gunshot wounds.

Detectives continue to gather more information and leads but as of now, the case currently remains open.
