Agat VFW Hall Robbed by Man With Black Handgun

Guam – A man wearing a mask and armed with a black colored hand gun robbed a woman at the Veterans of Foreign Wars [VFW] Hall in Agat yesterday afternoon [Wednesday].

Guam Police PIO Officer A.J. Balajadia reports that the Agat Precinct got the call about 3:51pm.

The victim told police that when she exited the restroom she was grabbed from behind by a man who placed his arm around her neck and pointed a black handgun to the side of her head and demanded the money bag. Balajadia says that the woman called to her female co-worker who was inside an office. The masked robber took the money bag and fled the building.

Neither woman was injured in the robbery.

The suspect is described by Officer Balajadia as being possibly Micronesian; standing  5 feet 7 inches tall; he has a muscular build and he was wearing all black clothing, black gloves, and a black netted mask and carrying a black colored handgun.
