Guam – The Office of the Attorney General will be changing it’s telephone service provider from Guam Telephone Authority to Pacific Data Systems tomorrow [Wednesday], and not today as the AG’s Office previously announced .
According to a revised release from the AG the date has been moved until WEDNESDAY. No explination for the change of date was given.
According to the first release, while the change-over occurs callers to the AG’s office may experience brief outages throughout the day and the AG’s office should never be completely off-line.
The change is expected to be completed by close of business WEDNESDAY.
Attorney General Leonardo M. Rapadas apologizes for the temporary inconvenience; however, he also indicated that this change is necessary in order for the Office to provide the public the best customer service it can.
