Domino’s is temporarily closing all its stores for deep cleaning and sanitation after being informed that one of its employees tested positive for COVID-19.
The employee is now in quarantine, receiving the care and treatment necessary for recovery.
“The health, safety, and well-being of all Domino’s employees and customers
is always our first priority,” Domino’s stated in a Facebook post.
As an added precaution, all the co-workers and individuals who were in close contact with the employee will be tested.
Meanwhile, Crown Bakery’s Barrigada store is also temporarily closed after one of its team members tested positive for COVID-19.
The store closed on Oct. 27 for disinfection and will remain closed while management ensures the health and safety of staff who were in close contact with the employee.
“Our stores have been operating with curbside service only since the return to PCOR1 in mid-August, in order to minimize contact with our customers. We thank you for your patience with this change these past few months,” Crown Bakery management stated in a social media post.
Crown Bakery’s Wusstig Road location remains open to serve customers curbside and can be reached at 653-4840/1.
