The third annual LIFE Teen Expo is all set for this weekend as the Bank of Guam held a rally yesterday at their main branch in Agana to kick off the event.
School spirit was on full display as Bank of Guam invited students from all local high schools to participate in the LIFE TEEN Expo rally.
Each school was given the opportunity to display their school spirit in any way they wanted for the rally.
Okkodo High School’s band, the Southern High Cultural Dance company, and the Sanchez Sharks cheerleaders, among others, represented their respective schools.
The event, which is in its third year and has seen substantial participation and growth, will take over the Agana Shopping Center center court this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The LIFE acronym stands for “Live. Imagine. Fulfill. Experience.” which appropriately describes the spirit of the event.
The LIFE Teen Expo allows teens to connect with professionals while learning about valuable resources and services that can help them pursue their passion, find purpose, succeed, and overcome the many obstacles in their lives.
The goal of the organization, for teenagers, is to sustain meaningful and positive relationships with their community by connecting them with businesses, nonprofits, colleges, government institutions, and other organizations through fun and engaging interactions.
LIFE Teen Expo is a zero-tolerance event — which means smoke and vape-free, waste-free, and violence-free. All are welcome!
