Guam – An ambulance was knocked on it’s side after colliding with a white sedan this morning [Thursday] in Harmon.
The collision happened just after 11 am along Rt. 16 at the intersection near McDonald’s in Harmon.
An eyewitness reports that it appears as if the sedan struck the ambulance broad-side causing it to topple over.
According to GPD’s Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia, the ambulance was Medic #3 from Barrigada.
It was responding to a “sick person” call, but had not yet picked up that person when the accident happened.
There were however, 2 GFD medics in the ambulance and both were transported to the hospital. Their injuries are reportedly “non-fatal.”
