Anderson faces charges in December Shooting

Calvin Anderson will answer to the charges dismissed in January.

Guam – Calvin Anderson will be heading back to court as he has been re-indicted on charges of attempted murder, assault, and aggravated assault as a result of a shooting incident which occurred on December 14, 2016. You may recall in January the Grand Jury refused to indict Anderson, returning a no true bill against the defendant on all of the charges. It was then that Superior Court Judge Elyze Irairte granted a motion to dismiss all charges in Anderson’s case without prejudice.  Anderson’s arraignment is set for July 12 at 1 p.m.
