Another minor has come forward accusing Jason Susuico of sexual assault. The minor is a 12-year-old girl who says she was sexually assaulted by Susuico in March and August of this year, according to court documents.

The minor told police that in March, Susuico called her to help him outside a Chalan Pago home so she followed him into his van.

She said he placed his hand on her thigh moving it towards her private area.

The child told her mother about the incident the next morning but according to the complaint, Susuico threatened to slap the child and take away her electronics if she “ever told her mother again.”

The girl also claims that Susuico sexually assaulted her again, this time waking her from her sleep by reaching under her blanket as she slept on the living room couch.

Susuico was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

This is the second minor to come forward. The first was a 17-year-old girl.

She told police that she was sleeping on the living room couch when Susuico lifted up her blanket, removed her clothing and allegedly raped her.

In fear, the minor said she pretended to sleep and was unable to move.

According to court documents, this allegedly happened a second time five days later.

Susuico was arrested on Oct. 1 and was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
