Guam -Another alleged victim has come forward, filing a sexual abuse lawsuit in District Court against Louis Broulliard.  The victim identified as S.T.J. alleges that Louis Broulliard began sexually abusing him when he was about 10 years old.

According to court documents, S.T.J. was an alter boy for a period of two years and during that time he alleges that Broulliard would sexually molest and rape him two to three times a week.

In one instance S.T.J. recalls spending the night at the Rectory and like other victims shares that he was forced to sleep naked. He further alleged Broulliard would not only fondle, masturbate, and rape him, but would also force S.T.J. to perform sexual activities on Broulliard.

STJ is seeking $10 million in damages and demands a jury trial.
