Another sexual abuse complaint has been filed against the late Father Louis Brouillard and according to court documents, the victim was abused over the course of two to three years.

Federal court documents reveal that the victim identified by the initials V.M. was 12 years old when the sexual abuse began and lasted for about three years. V.M served as an altar boy at the San Roque Church in Barrigada and he was also a Boy Scout.

He says that it was during this time that Brouillard would use his authority and position within the Church to prey on him. Court documents state that Brouillard would not only force the victim and other victims to undress in front of him but he would also engage in oral sex and raped V.M. on “multiple occasions.”

The victim says the late priest would “ask him does it feel good now and are you happy now?” As with Brouillard’s other victims, V.M says he would be taken to the Lonfit river where they would be sexually assaulted and the priest would bribe his targets with fastfood and Boy Scout badges.

V.M. is demanding a jury trial and requesting for relief in the amount of $5 million.
