The Archdiocese of Agaña’s Chancery office will reopen tomorrow, Wednesday May 27, after being closed for nine weeks because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Chancery office was shut down since March 17 with employees working from home on a reduced work week of Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Some employees were placed on leave and the salaries of all Chancery employees were reduced by 40 percent at that time.

The Chancery will continue to follow a three-day work week.

The hours of operation will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Archdiocese of Agaña, in its commitment to streamline operations, has merged the functions of two offices, Human Resources and the Office of Stewardship and Development.

Those two offices have been consolidated into one, the Office of Temporal Affairs. It consists of one employee, the Director of Temporal Affairs.

If you have questions regarding Chancery operations and services you can call the front desk at 562-0000.
