On Monday, May 31, 2021, officers assigned to the Dededo Precinct Command entertained a stabbing complaint that occurred on Pution St, in Dededo.
Preliminary reports suggest the male victim and 30-year-old Jicko Raifini, were drinking when an argument ensued between the men. During the argument, Jicko Raifini stabbed the male victim in the back.
The victim was immediately transported to Guam Regional Medical City for treatment and care.
Jicko Raifini was later arrested for Aggravated Assault. He was subsequently booked and confined at the Department of Corrections.
This case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for prosecution.
