The Guam Fire Department has received a 911 call reporting an auto-off roadway accident at the Talofofo Bay Overlook at 7:16 am this morning.
Emergency units were on the scene at 7:23 am.
One occupant, an adult male, was unconscious and transported to Naval Hospital at 7:54 am.
