Effective March 18, 2020, the Bank of Guam is starting limited operations for Guam and CNMI Regions in an effort to do its part to reduce coronavirus transmission.
Following are the revised schedules for Bank of Guam branches:
On Guam, only the Hagatna and Upper Tumon branches will be operating. They will be open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and closed on Saturday.
All other Guam branches will be closed.
In the CNMI, the Garapan, Rota and Tinian branches will be open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and closed on Saturday.
The Chalan Piao Facility will be closed. The headquarters will be closed to the public and open to essential personnel only.
The Contact Center will be open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Customers visiting these locations must be aware that the bank will be exercising additional social distancing measures. Security teams will be on hand to help limit the number of customers in branches.
As of now, all FSM, RMI, Belau and San Francisco locations will remain open with normal business hours.
Bank of Guam has several banking options that allow customers to bank safely from a distance. Skip the line and eliminate unnecessary exposure by enrolling in the bank’s digital banking services that provide 24/7 access to account information, transaction history and allows customers to transfer money, pay bills, deposit checks and more from wherever they are, whenever they want.
BoG’s ATMs also offer a wide range of full-service options including the ability to view balances, transfer money between accounts and make deposits into your accounts.
If you have any questions or need assistance using these services, the bank’s Contact Center is just a phone call away.
