Guam (February 9, 2014) The Bank of Guam (BOG) A’s got their first win of the Budweiser Baseball League season beating the 76 Cardinals, 7-2 at Paseo Stadium. Paul Pangelinan got the win, going 8.0 innings giving up just one run, 2 hits, striking out 5, and only 4 walks. Jeremiah Pecina took the loss going just 1 1/3 innings, giving up 7 runs, 6 hits, striking out two.
For the Cardinals, CJ San Miguel was 1-for-3, a double, and a run scored. Jess Alerta went 1-for-3, and an RBI. For BOG, Ryan Martinez was 3-for-5, two doubles, 3 RBI, and a run scored.
