Bank Pacific Reports 33.7% Growth in Earnings, Best Ever

Guam – Mark Fish and Kaz Endo were unanimously reelected to the board of  BankPacific during the annual meeting of the Bank’s shareholders last Saturday, August 28th.
Fish is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank while Endo is the founder and President of  Inhouse Creative, a leading marketing design firm in our region.  Endo was also elected Assistant Treasurer of the Bank.

Other members of the Board include Frank Shimizu, Vice Chair and Treasurer;  Joaquin Arriola, counsel and Secretary;  John Camacho, Assistant Secretary; Herbert Johnston, Jr., and Philip Flores, Chairman and President. 

The Bank’s holding company also announced the payment of record dividends in the amount of $0.32 per share payable Monday, August 30th.  This follows BankPacific’s best year in earnings in its 56 years and a 33.7% growth in earnings over fiscal year 2009’s.

“We thank our staff and management who have worked so hard to reach our record earnings and to allow us the ability to declare our dividends,” said Bank President Philip Flores. 

With respect to the future, Flores responded “We’re bullish. The best lies ahead for our bank and for our communities.”
