BankPacific closed this week to walk-in customers; ATMs are full

BankPacific is closed this week to walk-in customers to comply with Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero’s orders, BankPacific president Philip J. Flores said.

“We regret we cannot accommodate all of our loyal and valued customers face to face (with masks please). In anticipation of this week, our ATMs are full and people can access us at and on our new mobile app,” Flores said.

BankPacific’s Saipan and Palau offices remain open.

Flores, who is also the president of the Bankers Association of Guam, said all of the other banks on Guam are also complying with the governor’s order but can help customers remotely.

“Your entire banking community is here to help. To our Guam neighbors, this is but a moment in time and moments pass. We will all be there tomorrow,” Flores said.
