John Richard Bass III, who is accused of murdering 39-year-old Virginia Rose Peredo Laguana, has had a history of domestic abuse and previous run-ins with the law.

One of Bass’s ex-girlfriends, who reached out to PNC Monday, claims that Bass had stolen from her property and violated the restraining order that she had filed against him on multiple occasions.
