Public Health Employee Charged With Records Tampering After Allegedly Altering Her Time Sheets

Guam – Agents with the Guam Police Department’s Government Corruption Task Force today [Tuesday] arrested 22 year old Margaret C. Bejado of Barrigada on charges of Record Tampering,  Official Misconduct and Theft of Property. She was booked and released.

GPD Officer A.J. Balajadia says Bejado is accused of having her supervisor sign her time sheets, and before submission, it’s alleged Bejado altered the time sheets changing her actual work hours. The alterations allegedly resulted in an additional $3,000.00 dollars in extra pay for Bejado.

Bejado was working at the Department of Public Health under a federal program.

Balajadia says the alleged time sheet alterations occurred from 2009 until the present.
