Bell arrested for terrorizing and felonious restraint


On July 30, 2021, at about 12:08 pm, Guam Police Department officers received information from the Tumon-Tamuning Precinct deskwatch on a disturbance at Veronica Way, Jones Town in Tamuning.

Tumon-Tamuning Precinct Command officers responded to the disturbance and as a result made an arrest.

The individual was later identified to be 43-year-old John Richard Bordallo Bell.

As a result of the investigation, he was arrested and confined at the Department of Correction for the following offenses:

  1. (1) Count of Terrorizing
  2. (1) Count of Felonious Restraint

The case was closed and forwarded to the Attorney General’s office for their information and disposition.
